Default HDMI 1.3 Cable for HD-A30??

Does anyone know a good HDMI 1.3 Cable that would fully exploit my new HD-A30 capabilities.
Sorry, this will be my first hdmi purchase, besides my Apple TV which doesnt even have HD content.

You do not need a special HDMI cable. Any HDMI cable will work.

but price has to stand for quality.
I mean...What brand even sells HDMI 1.3 technology?
Is there a Toshiba Official HDMI Cable?

The day price=quality in the cable world, I'll eat my hat. I'm an audio engineer, and to my knowledge, there is NO other industry that scams users the way "performance cables" does. It's even worse for digital signals than for analog audio, where at least you can argue that waveform distortion can degrade an audio signal.

An HDMI cable is transmitting digital 1s and 0s, not delicate analog, and most if not all will handle the higher bandwidth for 1.3 to get the data across. Don't get ripped off for a fancy cable housing and a cool color scheme.

I buy cheap cables off Amazon, and get stellar results using 1.3. $6.95 for a 2m cable.

I bought my cables from monoprice.com, I have an A30 with an Onkyo 605 and a samsung 1080p LCD. Didnt waste my money on 1.3 cables. Im getting awome DD true hd from the player and picture looks perfect, even from my 360 elite

Even if you want the peace of mind by having specifically category 2 rated, HDMI 1.3 cables, you can get them for $20 and change from Monoprice. You get a slight discount if you order more than one.

They are all snake-oil saleman! Having said that: Take a good look at the HDMI cable that you are about to buy. Is it well made? Are the terminations solid and well built? Is it flexible? Is it JUST long enough to do the job? StraightWire Super HDMI's are the ones I use. Transparent's are well made but a little overpriced. Make sure you measure the distance that you need so you can buy the shortest possible length. That's all there is to it! Enjoy.

P.S. Yes, I spent too much on my cables, but I feel better. All cars will get you from point a to point b; so, Why do you think people buy cars that cost more than houses? Because they can...........
