Exclamation Best Player for INFOCUS 4800 and 1080P Westy?

I'm looking to upgrade my regular dvd player to a HD DVD Player since the price is getting pretty low and even better with the 5 free dvds soooooo....

I have a Westinghouse 1080P tv and an Infocus Screenplay 480P Projector (I know I should update the projector also).

I'm confused on whether I should pick up the highly-rated HD-A2 or the HD-A20 or go broke with the HD-X2A. I want to be able to enjoy all standard-def movies on my projector along with the new and sharper HD DVD movies, and then hook the HDMI cable to my 1080P and have a picture that looks good too...what would you guys go with?

Or should I just get an XBOX 360 HD DVD Player (true 1080P for my Westinghouse) and the Toshiba HD-A2 (for the projector that doesn't NEED to be 1080P) for about the same price as the HD-A20??

I have a Infocus IN72 480p projector hooked up to a Toshiba HD-A2/D2 and it looks amazing.

yea I have a 360 add-on with my Infocus IN76 720p and that looks really good too....
just get the cheapest 1080p hd dvd player for the westinghouse....and the cheapest 1080i player for the projector

or if you could somehow hook up both to the same player...that would be cheaper...

Well what I really want is one player to work for both but the cheapest TRUE 1080P player seems to be the XA2 and that's a bit more than what I plan on spending right now...BTW I watch way more movies on my 100" screen than my 37" screen. I'm thinking the A2 should work for the projector pretty good and then down the road I'll pick up the 360 one for the tv maybe...

well the more I research this I found out that it they won't send an upconverted image through component and that's all my projector has so it looks like I'll forget about an upconverted image for now and down the road when I get a projector with HDMI then I'll buy an HD DVD player. I guess now I'll stick with the XBOX 360 HD DVD player so I can at least get FULL 1080P on my 1080P TV.
