Go to Help/Contact Us. You have to fill out Web Inquiry Form via online. Of course you need to sign in your account and get your order no. and item description and fill it out they can cancel your order within a short time frame I mean less than 24 hours, FYI.

Or you call customer service @ 800-264-5076 but need to wait at least half an hour.
