not sure why people dump a link without any context or their own opinion.

it doesn't leave anything to respond to.
is the price too high?
offering too late?
not enough content?
it's from sony?

the price is far better than the 1-7 day tier but i don't see value in it at all.
even if it included PS4 titles, the latency would irk me

If the experience isn't garbage, that's not a bad price. I have no experience with running games in the cloud personally - how bad is the lag?

I wonder how many refunds and membership extensions Sony will have to give over the lifetime of this service!

I tried out a couple titles during the beta and it's noticeable, likely more so for FPS titles or other latency sensitive genres (fighters, etc), but it's not awful or game breaking.
I'm critical of this however where most others may not.

$180 a year? lolz

Overall I like the idea but not the price. I could see $60 a year at maximum. If it was that price and I had a PS4? I'd probably try it out.

or offer a discount if someone already subscribes to PSN+
i really don't see this being wildly popular, especially without the novelty of PS2/PS1 games

also to note, there's a 7 day free trial at launch of the new subscription.
i'm curious to see how poorly this performs when people hit it en masse.

Seems like something you would sign up for a couple months at a time when you get the itch to play an older title, not a year round service.
