Default GFWL Question

So I have a friendly wager going with a friend of mine. For my part, I have a goal of getting my Gamer Score to 50,000 by 12/31/10. I'm at 17,4xx so I've got some work to do. Here is my question:

Does Games For Windows Live treat their achievement points for PC games as the exact same thing as 360 games? Example: I have the full 1550 in Fallout 3 on the 360 version. My boss happens to have his disc copy of the PC version here at work. If I take it home and set it up and use the developer console to give myself all the achievements, will I get another 1550 points on my total? Or will it see them as the same thing?

I know some of my friends have PC games on their score card and it's listed as (PC) out to the side of the game. I also know you can duplicate points if you play the JP and US versions of some games. Just not sure if GFWL works that way.

Edit: Per nmcmahan52, here are the games I've used for boosting purposes:

Fallout 3 PC
Avatar: The Burning Earth
Pac-Man (XBLA)
Bakyard Football 2010
TMNT
X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Terminator Salvation

Here is a list of stackable achievement games (PC and different regions):

Fall out for PC/360 is on there, so yes. You can get 1550 twice.

Yup... I have Gears of War 1 on PC, Halo 2 PC and Dawn of War 2 and all 3 stack on my 360 gamercard.

Yeah I might look around at some of the GFWL titles and see if there are any others that are stupid easy to get points in.

I've got a half dozen games on my shelf that I can pick up some extra points in and I've already queued up 2 dozen dumb games on GameFly. I pretty sure I can hit 50K this year but if anyone has any advice, I'm all ears.

TNMT is an easy 1K, literally just play the game with the exception of 1 or 2 achievements.

Puck is guilty of the "avatar" gaming syndrome.

It affects 1 in every 3 achievement whores.
