Default shipping issue with gamefly

I just got gameplay about a month ago.

I live in northeast nj and the shipping center closest to me is pittsburgh.

now that is not that far. when they ship games to me it took about 3 days to reach me, which sounds about right.

Now so far I have shipped back 2 games to them and it never reached them.

so I email them and they wait for 7 days from when I shipped it to consider it a problem and ship me my next game.

however, do you guys think gamefly is doing this on purpose to delay my next shipment?

any of you who have gamefly have you experienced this problem?

I'd expect if I ship it out to them it would reach them first of all and reach them in a timely manner, about 3 days.

This really is bothersome as I really did ship them and so far none of them apparently have reached gamefly's distribution center

I wouldnt think they are doing it on purpose. I have had GF for about 3 years and sent back well over 100 games and no problems yet with shipping to and from.

I have used Gamefly for many years and have had maybe two or three game get lost in transit. My suggestion is to just go to their website and use the handy report a shipping problem feature, they've always taken care of me without a fuss.

It could also be your mailman is playing your games like mine sometimes does. Sometimes I get my games in two days, other times it like three or four. If I contact them via the shipping problem feature they usually respond within 24 hrs.

I always experienced slow turnaround times with Gamefly. If you are used to Netflix it will be quite a shock.

I doubt Gamefly is claiming they're not getting your games so they can delay you. I've had them receive my return, confirm it and still take a day or two to send the next game out (everything in my Q was low availability at the time). They don't need to lie, they just won't ship a game if they don't have what's in your Q to ship. My bet is on a postal problem or a thief.

Never ship the games from an unsecured source as well. I drop mine off at a mailbox drop box cause I know of people who check curb mailboxes with the flag up for games or movies being sent out.

It also takes longer to get a credited return if you don't use the barcoded envelope your game came in. Ive lost em a couple of times and it made it take a little over a week to finally get the credit.
