Default Dance Dance Revolution

Okay, have you ever been interested in a game or owned a game that you're afraid to display it in your gaming collection or embarrassed to show in your home and it would mortify you if someone saw you playing it? Or you buy the game online so other people in the store can't see you purchase such a game. Even to the extremes of making excuses to the store clerk like, "this is for a friend, or little sister"?

Well regardless, I have; Some examples were, Extreme Beach Volley Ball, Space Channel 5 and well DDR!

Just for the record, I've never been that insecure to hide it in my home or been too afraid to purchase a game, those were examples

I saw that DDR is coming to PS3 and Xbox 360!

I looked around and made sure my co-workers weren't looking and I did the John Papelbon sat back down and regained my composure.

If I were to dissect why I like this game, I'd say the first experience I had with this game was fun. My friends, my girlfriend and I laugh so much when we played this game and I think that's why I'm so excited for this game. The initial experience of a game makes the game.

Anyway, I'm excited! What games are you guys looking forward to?

Interesting note about a new DDR for Wii:

It uses the balance board instead of a dance pad.

That's an interesting way to handle it, though it's a pretty drastic change from the formula in some respects. It's kind of an equalizer though as all DDR fans are reset to "zero," experienced DDR fans don't have an advantage with this set-up. Is there still an option to use the dance mat?

I would think so, since they have already released a DDR for Wii.

DDR Universe 1 and 2 were on OG Xbox weren't they? And had a choppy framerate? I played 5th mix on a PS1 and the arrows were buttery smooth whereas Universe was terribly choppy. Couldn't play it.. At all.

What the hell was going on at Bemani studios when that slipped by their QA? Perhaps now they will get a good framerate going cause that was inexcusable(unless DDR Universe 3 fixed that, in which case, ignore rant and bring on the DDR!!!).

Cobalt Flux is a USB pad isn't it? Or did you mod it from PS2 input into USB?

DDR Ultramix was on OG Xbox, it also had 3 versions.

Also you have to make a control box for the 360 for the fluxx (with a madcatz pad) since their current one only supports (PS1,2,PC,Xbox1, Wii and GC)
