Default so how do you share DLC content on PS3?

Ive got a close friend that I would like to share some of my downloaded PS Store items with. So how is it done? Does "gamer B" sign in as "gamer A", re-download the content, then sign back in as "gamer B" and the content is on the hard drive for good?

thanks

You sign in to PSN on their PS3 with your account information, download the file, then log out. The first five activated PS3s have perpetual access to the content from PSN.

Thats how I have Stardust HD, MegaMan 9, High Velocity Bowling, Ratchet and Clank Future: Quest for Booty, and Noby Noby Boy.
