Default How Are You Connected?

Meaning... how do you have your consoles connected to your TVs or receivers?

360 = HDMI (came with the Elite)
Xbox = Monster Component (yes, they actually cost less than the official component cables), Strereo RCA (I need to buy the optical add-on)
PS2 = Official Component (formerly Monster cables, but for some reason they were making the video black in and out on my slim PS2 so I had to switch to the Sony cables), Monster Optical
Gamecube = Component (pain in the ass to find)
Dreamcast = VGA in my room, composite I the retro room (since my 3rd party S-Video cable stopped working for no appearant reason)
Nintendo 64 = Monster S-Video (they're actually made for the Gamecube)
Saturn = S-Video
Sega CDX = Composite (s-video box is expensive to import)
Super Nintendo = Composite (for some reason the same cables that I use on my N64 do not work properly on my SNES)

My PS3 used to be hooked up with a good ol' Monoprice HDMI cable, but since it died my stand alone Blu-Ray player is using it...

Only 2 systems connected, right now.

XBOX360 Elite: original MS HDMI + Optical
PS3: Gioteck HDMI (also came with an optical cable. Great deal).

PS3 via component, 360 through VGA cable. I'm HDMI-less for the time being.

PS3 via Component? That's awful. You need to go spend the 15 to 20 bucks and at least get a composite connection, even if you just have an older tube TV. You won't believe the difference.

Nope, you got them mixed up. Component: 3 video cables, HD up to 1080i
Composite: standard 480i cable included in the box.

My TV is a Samsung LCD, unfortunately very small (23'') and with no HDMI connections.

Xbox 360: HDMI to the TV, optical to the back of the Turtle Beach receiver(headphones), then bypass optical to my denon.

PS3: HDMI to the denon, then to the TV.

You really mixed those 2 connections up, here.

It's

HDMI > Component/VGA > RGB/D-Terminal > S-Video > Composite > Antenna.
