Default HDD, Help me get a new...HDD...I mean Hard Drive

Hi, I'm looking for a pretty cheap 2.5' SATA HDD for my PS3 since Fallout 3 takes up 5 gigs, and now I'm officially out of space. I'm honestly just looking to spend around around 50 or 60 dollars, but can you guys help me find one? I just wanna make sure I get one that works perfectly with my PS3 and has a lot of space. I'm looking for 120 or 160 gigs preferably

It's a tough call to say go for a 120 or 160 for $60 when you can get a 250 for $70.

I don't think I'll ever actually get close to 250 gigs much less 160 gigs. No point in wasting money for something I'll never use

Well you have to realize I'm like part of the 3% of people who has a 20 gig, so the situation probably doesn't apply to that many.

Your probably going to want to get a 7200RPM drive then since smaller 5400 drives are a terrible value.

Not entirely. If it's a PMR hard drive like ones from Hitachi then the 5400RPM drives will be as fast or faster then standard 7200RPM drive since the physical platters are more dense.

Onslaught: I'd recommend this drive if you really want to stick with 160GB. $55 - Free Shipping.

Hitachi makes excellent hard drives and this is one of those PMR drives and should work well for you.

Onslaught, this is what you really want. You're game will boot up almost instantly.
