I still prefer the Rock Band 2 tracklist, but that's just me. The inclusion of Master Exploder alone almost totally won me over.

sweet looking tracklist, its good to see CKY in there. does anyone know if the drums, guitar, etc. are gonna be compatible with rock band or rock band compatible with GH?

highly doubt it. They made a patch to not let RB controllers work on GHIII. They are money whores.

you can also add the death magnetic album.

if i read it correctly on metallicas site death magnetic will be dl in full on gh3 first then on world tour when its released

"Death Magnetic," the entire album, available for Guitar Hero too!

It's a first in both music and gaming . . . the same day that "Death Magnetic" hits the streets, you'll be able to download every song from the album for "Guitar Hero III!" We are so psyched that we'll be the first out of the gate with this simultaneous release . . . who knows, maybe a few years from now this will be the norm when your favorite band's new record comes out.

And for those of you who are anxiously awaiting the next Guitar Hero, "World Tour," we're ready for that too . . . you will be able to experience "Death Magnetic" for drums, vocals, and guitar when that game emerges this Fall.

Keep watching here for the where, when, and how stuff . .
"

here is the set list:
That Was Just Your Life
The End Of The Line
Broken, Beat & Scarred
The Day That Never Comes
All Nightmare Long
Cyanide
The Unforgiven III
The Judas Kiss
Suicide & Redemption
My Apocalypse

yyz again? i thought that song was on gh2. pretty good list, i just don't think i'll be buying this and rb2. rb2 will have more dlc, so i gotta side with rb until i can afford/find space for a gh set.

I like this setlist alot better than RB2'S,but like the title of the thread states it's just a rumor.I'm getting both games so it doesn't matter,I just wasn't that thrilled with RB2'S list. These games both have their ups and downs imo.RB2 will have a ton of dlc, while GHWT has the better instruments and a better setlist imo.
