Angry IP address failed

My Wii and PS3 will go online but I get IP address failed from my 360.
Today I used the 360 and Wii online but the PS3s IP failed...
How do I fix it? Its like they wont work at the same time.

FYI the PC, Wii, DS and the other 360 work fine, its just my 360 and PS3.

Also sometimes ill be on PSN and get kicked off and ill get an error code and i have to sign in again and it works fine.

are you using DHCP to assign IP's?

this makes it sound like you have duplicate static IP's.

yup, assign seperate IPs to each console, just do it manually. Give each one an easy to remember single or double digit address.

That's odd. I have my Wii, PS3, 360 and laptop all connected to my WiFi.

It only gets an error on the 360 if I start the laptop up after the 360 is connected. If the laptop is already started, no problems.

(I have all on automatic IP as well)

Maybe it's a DHCP hickup or something. Changing the order shouldn't change how it gets an IP address. The only thing I can think of is that the 360 is getting an IP address and for some reason releases it (wireless signal drops below certain threshold?), and the PC gets it, thus you get an error.

By chance do you have the media server service running on the PS3? And is it connected to a PC/MAC?

Did you run out of DHCP addresses in your router? Maybe you need to have it create more?

About getting kicked off PSN... make sure your router is running the latest firmware.
