Default Elite for PS3?

I have an Elite 360, it's cool and all, but the more and more time goes on, PS3 seems like the way to go? I'm not sure, so can someone tell me what benefits the ps3 holds over 360?

IMO, regardless of film playback, you should take a good look at the game selection and online multiplayer abilities (if wanted) before you make a choice. I have both, but I personally prefer the 360 because it has better games.

Really the only great things PS3 has about it are its Blu-Ray playback and backward compatibility with PS2 games (though it's spotty on the 20GB & 80GB models, so be careful).

PS3 pros:
larger standard hard drive
built-in wifi
rechargeable controllers
blu-ray playback
good DVD upscaling
SACD playback
Home is coming
silent operation
media cars slots

PS3 cons:
pricey
exclusive games haven't been "must-haves"
lag-free multiplayer

360 pros:
several great games
Xbox Live
HD DVD add-on is cheap

360 cons:
loud
they break down a lot
laggy multiplayer

I can't think right now, I have a headache.

You can do an external hard drive. It's not as elegant as replacing the internal PS3 HDD, but it works.

glocks, you'd have to admit that if you were just comparing gaming console to gaming console, that you'd have to give the 360 the edge. I'm saying minus the loudness (which I've never even noticed on either of my 360s) and the RROD.
