Default True IMAX screen size?

I am thinking about watching the extended edition of AVATAR this weekend at the Rave Motion Pictures 18 + IMAX theater, which used to be known as the Bridge Cinemas. It is in the Promenade at the Howard Hughes Center in L.A. Does anyone know if this one has the large IMAX screen? If so, how big?

That's a great theater. It's six stories. It's legit. That's where we saw Avatar. I'll probably see Resident Evil: Afterlife and Tron Legacy there, too.

They also have reserved seating.

I also saw the reserved seating on mytickets.com. Do you have to reserve them, or can you pay at the window? Was it super crowded?

Why would you go see Avatar extended edition? Don't feed the troll, go see Inception or Toy Story 3 Imax.

Cause he wants to see it? Who gives a shit what you'd prefer seeing, that wasn't his question.

And yes, this Imax is great. I believe the biggest in the Los Angeles area. It'd be a great place to see this.

I give a shit. His money only fuels James Cameron's ego.

Either. I always do it online, though. It's hassle free and I can pick my own seats.

Like the other 2.8 billion dollars didn't do it already. I don't think you should worry about how Uberboy wants to spend his money. Toy Story 3 isn't at a single damn IMAX theater anymore most likely and Inception has lost a good share of its IMAX theaters as is.

Has it? That's disgustful. I've lost faith in this country after seeing Vampires Suck as number 2 on box office and Scott Pilgrim as number 10. Really pathetic. I wonder how Tree of Life is going to make Imax sales if they end up releasing it in Imax.

Did they ever say Tree of Life was opening in IMAX? I don't think you'll have to worry. I'm about 100% sure they won't be releasing it on IMAX screens at all.
