Default Robert Rodriguez Takes On "Deadpool"?

Robert Rodriguez ("Sin City," "Machete") has been offered the director's chair on the comic book adaptation "Deadpool" at 20th Century Fox reports The Playlist.

Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick ("Zombieland") were hired earlier this year to pen the project based on the character Ryan Reynolds portrayed in last year's "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" and is expected to reprise again in this.

Rodriguez apparently hasn't decided if he will take the job or not, but he is serious considering it.

If he really wants to do another comic book movie, get us Sin City 2 or Madman.
