Default Repetitive threads in the smackdown forum

I've noticed lately a lot of newer posters reposting the same articles, questions, comments, and scenarios in the smackdown forum. I don't know if that's allowed or given the a-ok or whatever, but several of these threads could easily just be posts in much bigger megathreads, but it seems like so many people repost in new threads simply to be noticed. In short, I think many new posters are completely bypassing the rules (namely, rule #2 in the smackdown forum), and not being punished or locked out for it. Especially when it comes to threads which are simply opinion-based, such as "Here's why I am going neutral" or "Blu-ray is not for me". These really don't offer much, and always degenerate into flame-wars.
