Default IMAX: Blue Planet (HD DVD)

You guys think you'll do a review of this HD DVD? I'd really be curious to find out how that TrueHD soundtrack holds up on this IMAX film.

I watched 20 mins of this. It was really boring, so I turned it off. PQ was okay.

Default I enjoyed it

true the film is dated..being one of the first Imax movies...along with The Dream is Alive..also on the disc....but having watched it both on my plasma tv and my infocus projector I found it very enjoyable.....the soundtrack is truly a great experience..you have to remember this is not one of the newer Imax movies built for Demo's like SUPER SPEEDWAY..but I am a little biased as this was one of my favorite Imax movies that they used to show in the Science museum in FT. Lauderdale, Fla.....and it shows way back in 1990 how bad our envirement is getting ,way before Al Gore got involved, with brillaint footage from the Space Shuttle...I recommend it if you are a favorite of the more informational and nature based Imax movies of the past..and it certainly has one of the best soundtracks available on any HD Disc
