Default Does HDD even have a tech to work on issues anymore?

anybody know?
I know IB isn't the owner anymore so is there still a tech/It guy that is even available to work on all the tech related bugs people have been bringing up in the last few weeks?
are these even being forwarded to someone for troubleshooting?

IB is actually still the owner and does all the behind-the-scenes tech stuff. Sometimes issues get lost in the cogs of the corporation. We try and pass on all these to the people who can help, but sometimes we end up just as frustrated.

yeah, it's being handled, this particular issue isn't affecting forum performance as much as it is a minor annoyance, so i doubt it got put at the TOP of the list. but i'm sure it's on there. there are MANY IB sites, and if you go on them, you'll notice the same IB people registered on them, so they have their workload cut out for them. we're not the only IB company. we're just most awesome, in this guy's opinion.

Internet Brands is still the owner of this site. And yes we still have a tech team. And yes, this has been reported and is being looked at.

Indeed, we have techs and they are aware of the quoting issue, which I realize is annoying.

I will post in that thread when there's an update, but I haven't heard an explanation/solution thus far.

I thought it was reported that IB was bought by another company.
I swear I thought I had read that.
I have googled about this, and I'm not sure why I thought that.
my apologies for my confusion regarding that. :redface:
as for the tech issue--thanks for the update.
glad to know the issues are being looked into. :wink:
I am confident the techs are working hard under difficult circumstances to get all of the various websites' problems taken care of.

The company was bought, but Internet Brands is still Internet Brands, and they still own and run HDD.
