Default Problem with private messages

I'm trying to check a message I have in my inbox, however, everytime I click on "private messages", the
screen freezes up and locks up. I have to close out and come back in. I've been having the problem
all day. Is anyone else having problems with pm's? I didn't know where to post this so sorry if it's in the
wrong place.

You might try clearing your cache... perhaps there is something fouled in there.

How do I go about clearing my cache? I'll try to open the pm when I'm at home later as well, using a different pc.

Could be your browser. I know a couple of people were having this problem because of out-dated browsers. Good luck.

It depends upon the browser you are using.

I use Firefox, so here's how to do it in Firefox:

Here are instructions for Internet Explorer:

Well, that sucks.

What version of IE are you using? Perhaps an upgrade is warranted as mentioned by RushGirl.

This happens to me as well. I've chalked it up to my way outdated version of IE my employer makes us run. I think it's IE6 or something.
