Default Samsung BD-UP5000 remote help

I have the newest firmware, and a Viera TC-P42X1 with VieraLink... with the Vieralink turned on, I can use my Tv's remote to control play, fast forward, and stop the player, but not any other functions (menu, directions, etc)...

Now I want to just use the Samsung remote to control my tv, but I can't seem to get it to work. I tried all the codes in the manual, but either I'm doing it wrong, or the codes are wrong... I hold down the "tv power" button, and while holding it down, I put in the different 2-digit codes. None of them seem to work. Are there more somewhere, am I doing it wrong, or am I gonna have to just deal with using two remotes?

I have successfully used 13 as the code to control the Panasonic TV from my Samsung remote control.
