Default Any word on Blu-Ray release for HOBO with a SHOTGUN?

I know some of you may not be into this type of flick, but after having seen the trailer and caught a VOD screening I am eagerly looking forward to this BR. It is like Modern day Troma.

Trailer BELOW (RED BAND)

http://youtu.be/mSFKGn5ocLI Was filmed on the Red Mystique X and a Canon T2i so the HD presentation should be decent at least.

Ah, man. I almost completely forgot this movie was even out there. One of the coolest things about this is the poster art -- so badass!!

I'd love to see a BD sometime soon.

Movies are so rarely great art that if we cannot appreciate great trash
we have very little reason to be interested in them.

I ended up renting it this morning from ON DEMAND... loved it. Rutger Hauer is the man in this flick. It is like a modern day Troma flick, seriously guys...

This makes Machete look kind of blah.

Gary, i don't think that takes much. Machete worked better at under 2 minutes, even if the intestine scene is awesome.

I did the same thing only I rented it on itunes under their digital exclusives. Probably will watch it Sunday night (I rented Black Swan as well and I really been wanting to see this one...and another poster I would not mind having)

I too collect movie posters. I have some really rare ones, and very common ones.

I wouldn't mind having the HWAS poster. In fact I have been on eBay looking for a 27x40. They have some of the SXSW posters from 2007 when HWAS was a Faux trailer and won the contest, but $300.00 for a 24x36 is a bit much.

Although, I did pay close to $$250, for a very rare DAWN of the DEAD poster, but this isn't DAWN of the DEAD... anyway, yep I am on the hunt down for one and I am eager to grab the Blu-Ray for this flick when it comes out. Nothing like a TROMA/WARRIORS style mash-up with uber amounts of gore and violence. =O)~

I dint think you'll have to wait ling for a blu release. The movie is being distributed by Magnet films, who also handled Splinter, Monsters and the Dissapearance in 7th Street. Those had small VOD windows and limited one or two week theatrical runs in some markets, then announces for blu. Watching Hobo tonight with some friends. Can't wait!
