Default Questionable PS3 video settings?

Just wondering if someone could give me a quick overview of what the following settings do and what they should be. I know its annoying but Id really appreciate it. Thanks.

RBB Full Range (Full or Limited?)
YPB/CBPR/CR Super White (On or Off?)
BD/DVD Video Output Format (YPB/CBPR/CR or RGB?)

Thank you!

Agree. When I have it set to Auto the blacks are not that great, but when set to RGB (setting HDMI level to Low on TV) the blacks are Kick-Ass.

Basically, these are all different methods of presenting color space. There is already a long thread about this: http://forums.highdefdigest.com/blu-...all-about.html

I have played with all of these settings but for some reason my PS3 always seems to appear very dark on my Panasonic 50 inch Plasma screen. Apple TV looks fine but PS3 comes up with very dim contrast when playing films.
