Oops, that was definitely a personal attack. I am going to have to place a citizens warning on behalf of HDD. Consider yourself warned.

I turned mine on yesterday trying to play some Bioshock and the thing kept crashing. Then tried playing MvsC2 and for some reason was in demo mode! I was pissed off! Seriously... what was this? Y2010K? From Sony... this..... seriously?? [Shakes head in shock...] Last I checked my Flow & Bioshock trophies weren't showing... that was about 5hrs ago... Someone mentioned Sony doesn't do QA... well looking at Mario Kart Wii... sad...

Update... just checked my trophies right now... and still nothing.... Damn it..... :-(

Not as bad as when they posted the story about Time Warner and Fox disputing about cable costs about a week after a settlement was reached...

On furthur thought....

This is all one big publicity stunt on Sony's part - there trying to get some headlines before FF13 and GOW3 launch !!!
Amateur hour at Sony engineering != publicity stunt.

I'm just glad this blew over and wasn't as bad as it could have been...

From what I read, this is a bug in the internal clock of the PS3 thinking that 2010 is a leap year. Is this going to happen again 4 years from now?

Sounds like this issue is over. I almost bought a Slim a few months ago as a back-up if my 60GB launch PS3 should go kaput on me. Starting to think maybe I should have. Still may.

Why do I get this uneasy feeling that once Sony releases the firmware that allows our PS3's to play 3D content it's not going to go well for the older fatty PS3's. Hope I am wrong.

Is it a coincidence that my refurbished 60GB PS3 bit the dust while watching The Dark Crystal Blu-ray last night, March 1st?
