Default ‘Easy Rider’ - High-Def Digest Review

Our review of 'Easy Rider' has been posted. The film is very much a product of its time, but still well worth checking out. This Blu-ray is very good, with strong video and audio but limited extras. Still, this is well worth owning.

Sweet. Love this flick. Haven't checked it out in like 10 years!

Who the heck is El Bicho (the bug?) and are they as cool as El (Nata) Jefe?

Love this film as well; sparked a cultural movement, or rather perfectly summed up one.

It’s a rare one for sure. Loaded with great music and loaded actors. The hippes and the cemetery (bad trip) scene are far to realistic though.

Have the BD, but yet to watch it.

Arrow The picture looks like it is a Digibook.

Is this Blu-ray comes in a Digibook case format?

El Bicho has written more than a few reviews here already. I have no idea the origin of the monicker, but give him a shot, he's got good scoring chops and film sensibilites

Yep, it's a Digibook.

On the extras. The Making of 'Easy Rider: Shaking The Cage', is a particularly good piece. Recommend viewing that one for any fan of the film. Great detail on how the film came together.

The US release does, yes. The UK release does not.

Thanks guys, I'm in Canada, so it is a Digibook here as well.

* Is this the first from Sony Pictures?
