Yes this was an issue with the first printing. The second printing fixed this but it MAY not activate automaticly. The subtitle stream is not accessable via the menu if it doesnt work automaticly look for subtitle track 3 English by rotating through them manualy pressing subtitle. If you don't have a track 3 then you have the old pressing. Wait for your store to sell out of them and then exchange it.

If you have the first pressing (it will only have 2 subtitle options and not 3 when pressing subtitle during playback) then you can call Lionsgate 1-800-650-7099. Leave a message and someone will get back to you so that you can exchange your disc for the new pressing.

Cause i only watched the movie on blu-ray for the 1st time and I was like "maybe your not suppose to know what their talking about" and my friend with me was like dude, there is suppose to be subtitles so i had to go turn them on myself and i was like "oohh, their actually talking about important stuff here" lol

damnit, i need to get my disc changed too then

The old disk doesnt have them no matter what you do.

The new disk has them and some players turn them on automaticly and some dont. If you can turn them on manually then you have the corrected disk.

My PS3 turned them on right the first time I watched it and not the second. Perhaps because of a different firmware.
