Default Stargate (15th Anniversary) - October 27th

According to TheHDRoom, Lions Gate will be double dipping the title. This time it will have both version of the film and lossless sound.

God knows this film needed a brand new transfer!! What was released on the original BD was embarrasing! The film looked so worn in places.

Looking forward to it's release and with the DTSMA over the HR, it should rock!!

God dammit, this makes me mad. They should have a trade in program like they did with Fifth Element.

Honestly I don't think the original StarGate release was quite that bad... Not enough to make this release a no brainer double dip. But if the quality is there I'll double dip... This isn't like a 5th Element Senario for me, Stargate wasn't horrid IMHO.

I doubt Ill double dip. Unless there is a huge amount of extras that enhance the movie. Otherwise its really doubtful Ill be interested.

Over four hours of supplemental features will be packed on the single BD-50 disc including three new featurettes, an interactive trivia track, and a never-before-seen gag reel. The remaining features are likely pulled from previous Stargate releases.
Well now that I read that a double dip is probably in my future lol.
