Default James Bond V. 1-3 blu ray's reissued in September

It appears that MGM is re issuing the James Bond films on blu ray from last year. Instead of moving forward with the rest of the remaining films??

From The Digital Bits:

MGM's James Bond Blu-ray Collections: Volumes 1-3 will be re-issued on 9/1 for SRP $69.99 each.

This is just a reprice, not a new issuance.

Brilliant! They're getting re-issued and we in the UK haven't even had (or have any sign of getting) the last couple released!!

So does mean we will see the same packaging but a possible price drop? I have Vs 1 and 2 and have been keeping a steady eye on V3 for a sale.

Edit: I see now that MSRP on V3 is $89.99. A $20 price drop would be sweet but I also don't want to be stuck with packaging that is different accross the sets (though I might not have a choice).

I think it's just a different price, which is standard. For instance, The Searchers was just "re-released" with an MSRP of like $16, which on Amazon is $8.

Well, that would work out because I can't really justify the currrent $50 price and I think the new price would come in (soon anyway) under $40, which is starting to get there for me.
