Was tentatively in August, but been confirmed for September 1st according to Release Lists, whom I've personally never seen be wrong.

Amazon has it up for preorder on Sept. 1, too.

One of my most anticipated releases on the format thus far. I really, really hope they don't blow it.

The first time I saw this I was really blown away...until the second and third acts anyways. My problem is that the film opens so awesomely and the battle of Stirling is one of the best movie-fights ever. But, after that, it really slooooows down and all that momentum gets drowned out by some melodramatic nonsense. The whole thing with that queen chick is pretty bleh.

The film picks up steam again towards the end but that middle part is hard to get through.

Im gonna rent it and see how it goes.

First day purchase!

Can't wait to watch it and hear Horner's magnificent score in lossless audio.

Whatever, dude. Sophie Marceau could read the phone book for two hours and my throbbing erection would keep me at the peak of interest through the whole thing...
