Default Overstock.com plug on New In Town Blu-ray. Sad...

So I rented New In Town from Netflix. Now, before you make fun of me for renting it, I grew up in a town less than half an hour from the city this is supposed to have taken place in.

Anyway, when the Blu-ray fires up, there's an ad where a lady sits on a chair and says something like, "In this movie, New In Town, Renee Zelwegger packs up and moves. You can do that as well by going to Overstock.com," blah, blah, blah.

Since when did commercials replace previews on Blu-rays? I know I already don't like the commercials in the theater, but this is ridiculous.

Kind of like those 'You don't always die from Tobacco' ads before Blu-ray discs. I don't get why you have to justify your viewing choices to forum members, watch what you want to watch, if they care then they have problems.
