I ask this in this subforum because the collector's edition (PS3 edition) comes with a Blu-ray disc (complete with Blu-ray case) containing various extras and most importantly, a 60 something minute anime movie called Street Fighter: The Ties That Bind or something like that.

Now odds are, this "movie", if you will, probably is as about as good as the Resident Evil CGI movie and the Dead Space one, which is to say pretty bad. Still, it's interesting that, from what I understand, the only way to get this movie is to get the collector's edition.

I was planning on getting the collector's edition but don't know if I'll be able to. Therefore, I'm wondering if anyone else is, and if they could post their thoughts on the movie and PQ. If the movie's bad, then I won't feel too sad about not getting the collector's edition!

Good luck with that. If you're going to brick and mortar store, they're being released in the afternoon, not at opening, so be prepared for a fight.

Amazon has been sold out of the collectors edition for a few weeks now. It's still listed, but it's being sold by other stores for considerably more. Your best bet would be to go to a brick and mortor and hope that they have some extras.

I might go check out my local TRU....but I have a feeling all sold out. So it looks like I might go to BB tonight and maybe just get the regular version.

Just picked mine up from Gamestop.
