Default Which Kubrick films are worth the Blu Ray upgrade?

I got the Kubrick DVD collection last year as a gift. Anyways which of his films are really worth the upgrade to Blu-Ray? Anyone of them stand out or are the DVD versions good enough?

If you're a fan of 2001 it's a must buy. The original version of Full metal Jacket is horrible. Everything else is pretty decent.

2001 and The Shining both look great. FMJ (remastered edition) is okay, probably as good as it's ever going to look considering the source material. Spartacus is pretty bad. I'm hoping Dr. Strangelove (scheduled for June) will be as much of a revelation in 1080p as 2001 was.

If you love The Shining, I would say it's a must. Also 2001 is an obvious one. I just got Clockwork Orange yesterday, so I can't comment on that one.

I thought The Shining looked pretty good, given the age of the film.

The Shinning and 2001 have incredibly great for their age.

Shining and 2001, definitely. Full Metal Jacket looks good. Clockwork Orange doesn't look that good. Eyes Wide Shut is a washout, not a good upconvert at all.

Horrible films, I just dont get the whole Stanley Kubrick thing. 2001 had an amazing transfer. A Clockwork Orange and The Shining looked like most upgraded old movies to me. A definite upgrade in picture quality but not extraordinary like 2001 was.
