Disney has announced the a February 10 Blu-ray bow for the blockbuster:

No tech or extras specs yet, but it will probably match the previous SE DVD.

MSRP is $34.98.

Please have the theatrical version or accessible via seamless branching cause the director's cut takes away from the film.

Great news! This is one of my favorite films of all time-since Disney usually does a fantastic job with their transfers, this should be fantastic!

The Director's Cut of "Pretty Woman" features additional dialogue during the first encounter of Edward and Vivian; additonal scenes featuring Carlos the pimp chasing after Vivian for the money Kit owes him; a longer restaurant sequence, and a longer montage of scenes when Edward takes the day off from work to spend more time with Vivian on their last day together.

I'm buying this. It was the first chick flick I liked growing up. I think its because I still to this day love cheesy 90s music like the intro song

I sure hope this is LPCM and not dts HD MA. The music is excellent in this and I sold my excellent sound LD years ago... no idea why. I borrowed the DVD from a co-worker a couple of years ago and the sound was lousy, not to mention the picture.

PCM and DTS-HD MA are both lossless, it won't matter.

The Theatrical Cut is great but I'm content with my DVD. I've no need to see the Director's Cut too.
