Default Thank God it's over!

Man this past month and a half have been brutal on my wallet but it's over and I can rest for a bit. I mean there is still the Dark Knight, Hellboy 2, and Wanted on the way but there don't seem to be any more of these big multi release weeks coming up, no wekk after week of great titles, and no big boxed sets. I still have yet to pick up The Simpsons Season 11 and the Shield Season 6. They will have to wait until I catch my breath.

Titles I have picked up

Blu Ray
______
The Mist
HULK
The Godfather - The Coppola Restoration Giftset
Iron Man
Daredevil
John Carpenter's The Thing
Dawn of the Dead (Remake)
Interview with the Vampire
The Ultimate Matrix Collection
Poltergeist
Casino
The Incredible HULK
Halloween (Remake)
The Strangers

Standard DVD
____________
The Office Season 4
Pumpkinhead SE
Child's Play SE
Psycho SE
Dream Theater - Chaos in Motion
Rodan and War of the Gargantuas (Toho Master Collection)

It don't look like much but it sure felt like a ton. Anyone else out there getting a breather or are you still doomed to must have multi release weeks.

Actually, the releases that I've wanted have trickled out steadily all year and are sorta winding down. I only want two more this year (UniSol and TDK.)

lol, I know what you mean. There are a few I'd like but luckily next week has nothing for me at all. After the Bond's this week and Hulk and Indy last week with several others my poor wallet can't take much more . Unisol will be my next day and date (well I'm going to pick up Die Another Day tomorrow, I need to complete the set of steelbooks.

I agree, I spent a lot this month. Matrix, Indiana, Iron Man, Hulk, Simpsons 11, Sleeping Beauty, Dr No, From Russia with Love, Live and Let Die, Thunderball, Southern Cross/Mospeada double pack, Sweeney Todd, and I still need to get The Strangers, Mongol, and American Gangster.

I hear ya man. Sept. and Oct. were a GAUNTLET for money-sucking movies! I think there's a bit of a repreive for me for a few weeks, and then into the X-mas wind-up!! We're certainly doing our part for the economy, LOL!
