Default The Prestige - is it as good as reviews say?

Never seen it, but reviews are saying its highly reccommended with tons of replay value. If it is, then I'll pick it up tues when I get Batman Begins

Of course it is

It's a fantastic movie. Though I think I like The Illusionist a tad bit more, The Prestige is a fantastic film altogether, and definitely a good taste-tester for what Christopher Nolan can do as a Director.

The Picture Quality is pretty grand as well, so that's a huge plus.

Definitely pick it up

I agree with everyone else so far. This is a fantastic movie, and it has a ton of replay value. After you watch the movie and figure out the twists, you will want to rewatch the movie to see exactly how the twists played out, because you will probably miss some of the clues on the first viewing.

The Prestige is definitely a 5 out of 5 movie IMHO.

I thought it was great. Got it for free with the PS3 5 free deal, so it was definitely worth the $0 I paid for it.

The Prestige isn't scary, and its definitely not a horror movie. However, the overall theme of the movie (once you figure out the twists) may be quite disturbing to some people. The picture quality is as close to demo material as you're going to get.

Movie: 5/5 (Excellent movie. Very good replay value)
PQ: 4.25/5 (Has this soft and ultra clean NOLAN look which may not be liked by everyone)
SQ: 4.5/5 (Very good LFE)
Extras: 3/5 (You get all the essential extras that were available at the time of release)
