Default BD Box makes Boxart look sexy!

Is it me or does the BD box make the cover art look more streamlined and sexy on most titles. Its very modern and sleek.

i don't know if I'd use the exact same wording. I think since I've started buying Blu and HD titles that DVD boxes look very plain and unattractive.

The blue color is ok. I much prefer the dark red of HD DVD. I hope they branch out and use other colors/box types like the upcoming Batman SE.

At first I wished they'd have kept to the DVD style but more and more I'm finding DVD amarays to be so plain.

Well I think both DVD and Blu-ray cases are ugly. But Blu-ray cases are more attractive because of the slim size. But it would have been better if they were the same size as DVD Thinpaks.

But still nothing beats Super Jewel CD and DVD cases:

This would have been the natural progression, so what happened? Why are CD's still printed on the old crummy cases. And why did HD-DVD and Blu-ray not use existing standards, like thinpak and Super Jewel DVD case instead of inventing something new and make entertainment racks obsolete.
