Went to FYE today and what do i see on the shelf? One copy of Dogma! I ask the sales person why this was out almost a week early and he said he had no idea and that was the only copy they ordered. Lucky me i guess

Yeah. We don't really care all that much that you have it, we just want to know what it looks and sounds like

Regardless, I would bet my bottom dollar the review will be along the lines of "Fantastic PQ and amazing AQ".

Call me a cynic, but when was the last time you read a user review that was honest. Every review i have read by a user regarding a high def disc has gone on about how amazing the picture quality is, even though there have been discs which i've owned and you can tell straight away the PQ isn't all that amazing/poor.

I have never seen a standard DVD even come close to a Blu-ray release. Even the bad one's.

True but Dogma isn't exactly a title I'd want to triple dip into unless it is truly worth it. I already double dipped on the DVD releases. So unless the PQ is almost flawless, I'll stick with my DVD copy for now.

I'm a huge Kevin Smith fan, so I automatically loved this one. I'm totally buying it after I find a Blu player.
