Default 'X-Men: The Last Stand' gets rush Blu-ray release

Talk about last minute:

But I'm sure the buzz will be off the charts for this one. Definitely a flagship title -- can't wait to review this one!!!

Will this be the first real heavyweight release (that's not coming on HD-DVD)?

Freakin sweet, and in beautiful H.264/MPEG4 1080P goodness as well, the way it should be--kickin VC-1 to the curb.

Looks like I will have Talledaga Nights, The Fifth Element and X-Men The Last Stand as my first Blu-ray movies. A November to remember.

Hahahaha. Actually, I thought it would be the best if Warner came out with a BD 50 Blu-ray on the 5th of November for V for Vendetta. They could totally market it as the whole remember, remember, the 5th of November.

Anyhow, November will be memorable indeed.

Since the PS3 will be available in limited numbers, the comments from the Fox executive is pointless.

The movie also received bad reviews, especially compared to the first 2 movies.

so right. 400,000 PS3's for launch week is not enough, mostly considering that all those will out number ever single HD-DVD player sold.

Plus the fact that the movie broke box office record means that the reviews matter and the following facts that the movie on DVD has been grossing higher then some movies do at theatres is indeed pointless too
