Um, where have you been? I got my replacement at least a month ago.

Here's a thread on AVS with all the people commenting on getting their replacement.

Do all the POTC1 Blu-rays at stores still have the problem or are they all changed?

Check the scene when Will Turner fights Jack in the Blacksmith shop. There's a part where Captain Norrington is shown standing. If you can see his head, you have the new version. If you see him only from the neck down, you have the old one.

They changed the policy, I guess now they want the disc back. Perhaps too many fraudulent requests, I remember several getting a free copy who never purchased it. Which I don't get why, they will miss the second disc and packaging.
