I don't think this is true. Universal came out yesterday and said they are still with HD-DVD.

they'd still be with hd dvd... but they'd be seeing blu ray on the side... Universal is becoming my kind of guy! ha.

Don't see an update at Variety.com... But announcing neutrality would in no way contradict their brief statement of yesterday. Why would they not release in the best-selling format? They're a business just like everybody else.

If it is true that Universal is going purple, then it's over. I hope it is true so we can get this over with.

I'm not going to buy andy Universal/ Paramoutn moives till they start releasing in Blu-ray.

Universal didn't say they where or not going release on Blu-ray. They just said they are going keep realeasing on HD DVD and their contract for excluisive right to HD DVD has ended.
