Default Training Day worth $15?

Best Buy has Training Day for $15..is it worth it at that price? I know the HDDVD verision has TrueHD but the Blu Ray version only has DD 5.1?

Checkout the review first. The movie itself is worth 15 dollars if you don't own it yet. So having it on blu ray isnt going to hurt.

I think I may have an old burned copy on dvd..either way, I would much rather have a retail verison of it on Blu Ray.

I think we'll see an updated version. I'm currently scowering for Superman Returns which obviously got EVEN better audio after it's initial release.

According to a poster at AVS they spoke with Warner and the versions of SR with regular DD we're depleted so we should start seeing the updated version in stores soon.

I really hope Warner goes back & fixes this with all the blu releases that got the short end of the stick.

Man that sucks....now I dont know whether to pick it up or not. Well, Beerfest and Million Dollar Baby are on sale for $15 as well? But whats to say they dont release a better version later down the line?

According to the review the PQ and AQ are better on the HD-DVD version...but aside from that its a great movie and should be in everybodies collection....

Though will Training Day get re-released? I didnt ever hear about that...I highly doubt it though because its kind of an older catalogue release.

I purchased it last week with the $20 off 3 coupon... luckily they didn't take the 20 off of that so I'll go back and get my $10 refund. Thinking of getting two of the $14.99 titles and another more expensive title and using the coupon again... 3 discs for $35-45 :-)

I don't think they'll combine the $15 sale w/the buy 3 get 20% off but I could be wrong. Let me know how it works out.
