Default Two types of Blu-ray cases?

I have heard that there exists a slim and a wider (DVD-wide) type Blu-ray case and I've heard that specific films always comes in one type and also that it depends on whether it's domestic or import etc.

What do you know about this and who do you easily tell the difference and such? I would prefer the slim ones I must say

The US has two different types of Blu-ray cases also. The Elite cases Fox and Warner use and the one's with the embedded logo Sony and Disney use.

I just checked and the Sony/Disney Blu-ray cases with the embedded logo are manufactured by Amaray.

That would be the wide kind those amarays I can see.. I'd rather have the slim actually

I shame really because I actually just found a danish online retailer that sells these amaray cases pretty cheap. Oh well..

There are cases just like that in the US but slimmer.

Black Hawk Down for example:

The Elite cases are thicker and have a painted-on logo as apposed to the engraved logo.

The Departed for example:

So far we have come to the conclusion that there are three types of Blu-ray cases worldwide.

We're in agreement that the amaray cases are always wide right? I think they're the same all over the world and you can see that they're even advertising proudly that they have more room than other case types making room for folders n' shit, but that doesn't exactly turn me on..

I own about 65 Blu-ray movies and the Sony/Disney cases with the engraved logo are slimmer than the Warner/Fox cases with the painted logo.

Well what do you prefer? I'm close to cancelling the order and buying a some fewer but more expensive movies in retail here in Denmark and save my money for future times where prices are lower. I dunno how much these cases means to you guys, but I do went them slim preferably.
