Default Sleeping Beauty Impressions

Did anyone notice any difference between the DVD and the the Blu-ray trailer? There was only one scene that impressed, and that was the zoomed in shot of Aurora waking up. It's most definitely going to have a ton of Blu-ray exclusive extras to make up for it, but I wasn't very impressed, and I was keeping the dated material in mind. Thoughts?

It's on the Ratatouille disc, in the "coming to Blu-ray" part of the previews.

This is an announcement trailer, i doubt the restoration is done yet. the only scene with a compare in the Slipt screen and there's tremendous difference there between both

The thing is coming in Fall 2008.. it takes less than a week to compress and about a month to Reproduce and ship

I mean if i base myself on the DISNEY MAGIC trailer, all movies look like Crap, did you see how BAD POTC looked there.. LOL

It wasn't the Disney Magic trailer though haha. Are they restoring it? I thought they already did...

It's coming for the first time on Platinum DVD and Blu-Ray witch mean i was never been fully restored before....

If you look at the footage with the comparison. The 'Normal Side Unrestored' look like the rest of the footage of the trailer, while the restored look 10x better.

Sleeping Beauty is ok but the only Disney Animated Movies I am wanting in HD are Lion King, Aladdin and Tarzan.

The one that I'm waiting for, with great anticipation I might add, is Fantasia. I honestly can't wait to see this in hi-def. Should be quite the visual smorgasbord. As to when it comes out, more likely than not I'll have to wait a while.

I dunno but I had the same impression with the low grade visual quality of the trailer.
