Default Good WB Blu-Ray titles to get...

With WB hanging on Q4 software sales to decide if they will go exclusive or to which side, what do you recommend as GOOD WB Blu-Ray titles to get/give?

These should be categorized by movie categories since gifts are usually done that way. We should also eliminate any "bombs" which are poor transfers or has technical problems.

FAMILY
SCI-FI
COMEDY
ACTION
HORROR

Any recommendations for a new BLU member?

Off the top of my head... SUPERMAN for SCI-FI

For horror, I'd definitely go with The Shining. Given the age of the movie and the quality of the transfer, it's arguably the best horror BD (along with Halloween), IMO.

For comedy, I think Warner did a great job with Blazing Saddles.

Not the collection, I think that's only on standard DVD. It's just the 5 movies that were re-released a couple weeks ago along with the "Kubrick - A Life in Pictures" documentary. I've never seen it so I don't know how good it is.
