Default CNBC says Time Warner HD DVD exclusive?

http://www.cnbc.com/id/21581845

hopefully this is a typo not a premature announcement

Chalk this up as yet another reason to watch Microsoft , one of the key backers of HD-DVD . And another rough issue for Sony, backing Blu-ray, which still has some key partners in Disney, 20th Century Fox and Lions Gate. HD-DVD enjoys Paramount, Dreamworks and Time Warner . This is about momentum, just as it is with Sony's Playstation. And once again, Microsoft and the HD-DVD folks have it. And Sony's looking for a way to re-capture it.
also their is a poll so vote BD!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that's just them attempting to say Warner is neutral but failing miserably.

I noticed that as well when reading the article. Just a misprint. A correction will probably be posted.

It's a misprint. I think it's rather illogical to think this author writing this blog has access to information the entire industry doesn't know, doesn't know it's a big deal, and put it out there in a rather non-chalant comment.

I mean...I don't think it works like that.
