Default 'Wall Street' -- pre-release buzz

Yikes, Fox is on a roll with the new announcements...

http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/wallstreet.html

Tech specs include 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and DTS-MA audio.

No supplement details yet, but let's hope for the same extras as the recent DVD special edition.

Street date is February 5, and retail $39.98.

One of my favorite movies of all time. Even though it might not benefit much from the HD treatment this is a definite buy for me.

Almost bought the recent 20th ann edition but held off in hopes of this announcement. But it will probably get delayed.

I have to give it to Fox. Paramounts talks about 30+ releases and Fox comes back with 100.

Interesting, I have the original 2000 DVD so this might be worth the upgrade. The old release looks like crap, skintones are way off, a lot of compression artifacts and overall soft look.

Greed is indeed good

Stone gives some of the best commentaries

I will definitley pick this up. I held off on buying the standard hoping there would be a hi-def release soon after

Uncompressed PCM 5.1 audio from Fox, is that correct? Are they dropping the DTS-MA?
