Default 28 WEEKS LATER playback issue...

I have sent 28 WEEKS LATER back to Amazon.com twice and both discs exhibit the same glitches early on in the film. I have the latest firmware update for my Philips BDP9000/37. I have contacted FOX and they told me that there are no major defects reported on this disc and that Amazon must have a bad batch. Anyone else having trouble with this disc?

I never had any issues with my BD's on the PS3.

try to delete your current firmware and update it again.

Try to send it back 1 more time, and if its the same deal its definitely your player. Then try to contact Philips.

Good Luck

Good Luck
I reloaded the latest firmware and 5 out of 6 glitches are now gone.
I plan on watching the entire film through today to see if there are
any additional issues; if so I'll send it back to Amazon again.
I did contact Philips and they told me that additional firmware updates
will be coming soon. They had no idea as to when.

Good to hear its working better.

Well if Philips did say that the firware update is coming soon, then I guess the problem was with the player from the begining because I have never heard anyone else have trouble with this disk.
