Now the 4K is officially here sure.
I still will gladly take an upgrade, I just wish there would be 4K Combo in the works.

Same, last time he talked about those flicks it sounded like they were pressed, packaged, sealed in boxes, ready to ship to retailers and the only holdup was finding a suitable release date. Maybe wants more teal and more orange?

    About damn time!

I have 'True Lies' on DVD, and I rewatched it a few weeks ago...there are definitely issues with cultural sensitivity (both regarding the treatment of women and middle eastern characters), but it is no different than other movies that are reflective of their times. No worse than early James Bond movies.

    Hideous artwork alert....
Why take something so many of us love and fuck it up? Traditional, YES, Pop Art like, NO. This one is by @au_lorenzo

I assume this is UK as it has "Universal" on the spine.

Oy, while it's encouraging to see artwork... that... not so much.

I'm definitely interested in True Lies, not so much with the Abyss personally.

I'll take it seriously when there is a definitive release date.

Isn't that just a fan mockup?

Not that I could tell. It is concept art that is up for approval. Comic Book as well?

That cover looks terrible, but I am not surprised by it. Most blurays have garbage artwork.

I think the very same artist did the cover arts for Breaking Bad Steelbooks on Zavvi.

What in God's name are you talking about. I suppose skinning women and building a human suit was indicative of the 90's with The Silence of the Lambs? The woman getting slapped got it easy, today they skin them alive. The middle eastern characters were also tame, they didn't dip anyone into an acid bath, then light them on fire after running them over and cutting their heads off on Youtube.

I took one for the team. I bought a True Lies DVD.
(I thought I already owned it; maybe someone
borrowed it and forgot to return it.) Now that will
cause the existence of a UHD/blu-ray version.
    You're welcome.

It was $5 and came with $7.50 of Kingsman 2
movie money, so it was not entirely altruistic.
