Default 'To Live and Die in L.A.: Collector's Edition' High-Def Digest Review

Josh has reviewed William Friedkin's 'To Live and Die in L.A.: Collector's Edition'. He says this "is a hugely entertaining blast of '80s style that still holds up as a damn good crime thriller." With a strong A/V presentation and a decent selection of extras, this Blu-ray is recommended.

Didn't realize there was such a demand for this movie. No double dipping for me.

Man, I want this. Not paying 22 bucks for it though.

You want my old copy? This one's a little better, but the old disc is still pretty good if all you care about is watching the movie.

Shout/Scream Factory always has a very dynamic pricing structure on Amazon. Just keep your eyes peeled, you will see a better price. Better yet, set your desired priced on camel^3. $16.99 is probably a sweet spot. I liked the movie as well, but not $22 like.

I like it enough to have paid $6 for the original release.

I loved this movie when I got it last month. It was incredible. The music and camera work was top notch and the story had a lot of surprises I didn't expect. Well, except for the "I'm 3 days away from retirement" red flag. THe actors were great in it, especially Dafoe.
