I bought the import. Thought the 3D was amazing and NO WAY could I watch this in 2D. Your missing too much not viewing the 3D version. I still may double dip for the extra bonus features and the digital copy

Sounds like an endorsement for me to double dip.
As a hater I do not like the cover art to the USA 2D set, which was then duplicated to the UK 3D set. Yes, Johansson's ego is at play there.

I live in Ireland and am a fan of 3D movies, while the rest of my family can take them or leave them.

However, my wife was blown away by the 3D on The Jungle Book - it has gone done as the best 3D release we've ever watched. The jungle is amazing in 3D.

It's crazy that this wasn't released on 3D Blu-ray originally in the US. But at least it has been released finally.

I highly recommend it - buy the 3D and dump your old 2D copy on eBay.
