Default Was just watching Black Hawk Down today....

And I remember this movie being better than what I jus twatched on Blu-Ray. I bough it today, but no wim kinda regretting it. maybe I should have gotten Superman returns. Has this movie lost any of its luster to any of you?

Nope. Still just as bad-ass as they day I first watched it. It was even more so after having watched in 1080p with 5.1 LPCM audio.

This movie stands up for me. Great actors, all without one being the LEADING role.....Not often for that. The new ensemble movies (the 8 stories combining into one crap) don't have the flair that this one does.

And you need to add "Lord of the New Thread" to your sig. I'm so not bashing, I find it funny as hell.

I still use Black Hawk Dawn as my primary PCM demo disc. There are so many scenes that really show off the increase in quality uncompressed audio offers over standard formats.

Superman is the best movie to take a nap during. Mostly after the awesome shuttle scene, movie gets Kyrptonite attached to it and sinks.

I concur. This is a snorefest most of the way. Black Hawk Down-hands down!
